Beth Cieslik is a Manager of Civic Affairs at Target Corporation. She is responsible for team member engagement, grassroots advocacy and building relationships with organizations to support these activities. Prior to this position she worked in Target’s Government Affairs department on city and county level legislation and execution of reputation management initiatives in cities where Target has a presence.
Before joining Government Affairs in 2005 Cieslik worked in Merchandising for Target Corporation as a Business Analyst. Cieslik received her B.A. degree from Saint Olaf College in 2004 and is currently working towards her M.B.A. at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
