Unemployment among veterans is a problem multiplier when combined with mental health, substance abuse and relationship issues. Since veteran owned businesses are one of the main employers of veteran workers, Green Small Business Incubator wants to increase the amount of veteran owned small businesses, specifically in the Green Sector, to ensure the success of all veterans.

Green Small Business Incubator will work to build a sustainable small business incubator that combines green trade education, small business know how, and support services to build a holistic approach at preparing veterans to start their own businesses. This will be done by training veterans in green trade skills and then donating the start up funds to launch veteran small businesses.
