OnlyUp.org’s project goals are to develop a program to mentor young leaders entering into nonprofit careers, especially as they transition from higher education, unemployment or other sectors, develop materials and a plan to advise nonprofits to produce more youth-friendly practices across the sector, promote meaningful leadership roles for young people as full members on nonprofit Boards of Directors, and create measures for and report on the rate of young nonprofit Board Members, and advocate for new and best practices of the non-profit sector in supporting young leaders.
