The One Percent Foundation seeks to address the problem that young adults are not giving what they could give, and therefore have a very limited voice in determining what nonprofits get funded.
There are three primary reasons why young adults don’t give what they otherwise could:
- They don’t think they can afford to give
- They don’t know how to identify the highest performing nonprofits
- If they could give, the little that they would give wouldn’t impact the recipient organization.
The One Percent Foundation provides a solution to all three problems.
