Agenda: Millennial Meetup for Student Success
Target 2020 Millennial Meetup for Student Success on November 4, 2011 at De Anza College, Cupertino was the first Meetup in the Target 2020 Meetup Series in California. Mobilize.org provided participants an opportunity to have dialogue about topics including the role of a community college in their community and economy, as well as how students could be better civically engaged. Students also collaborated with school faculty, staff, stakeholders and community members to identify the challenges they face to college completion and build on solutions developed at the Target 2020 California Summit.
Participants included community college students and faculty members from various campuses such as De Anza College, Berkeley City College, Hartnell College, Canada College, Skyline College, Chabot College and Sacramento City College.
