Peer Pairing is a student‐led effort to implement peer to peer support groups for first year community college students. The Peer Pairing project team will create a learning community that will serve as a student mentoring and support organization. Student mentors will encourage new students and provide them with the mental and emotional support needed during the sometimes intimidating transition into the college community.
